Running back Leonard Fournette signed his rookie contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Wednesday.

While the Jaguars did not release terms of the deal, the team tweeted a picture of Fournette signing his first NFL contract.

Fournette was selected fourth overall at last month's draft and reportedly signed a four-year deal.

"Throughout this whole process, you still have to go out there and work hard but the only thing about it is you are working for money now," Fournette said. "Your mindset doesn't have to change. Money is money, but at the end of the day, you come here to win."

According to terms of his draft slot, the deal is fully guaranteed and worth $27.15 million. It also includes a hefty $17.89 million signing bonus and since Fournette is a first-round pick, the Jaguars retain the rights to keep him for a fifth season.

Forunette was regarded as the best running back in this year's draft and is expected to be a starter for the Jaguars, whose eight rushing touchdowns were tied for second-worst in the NFL last season.

In three seasons with LSU, Fournette gained 3,830 yards and scored 40 touchdowns, including 22 as a sophomore. Last season he appeared in only seven games while dealing with an ankle injury and also skipped the Citrus Bowl.
