March 22 (UPI) -- One of the best players in the NFL turned 28-years-old Wednesday.

J.J. Watt's present was a birthday cake depicting his signature shoe. The four-time All-Pro and Pro Bowl selection played just three games last year due to a back injury. He led the NFL with 17.5 sacks in 2015. Watt has 76 sacks in 83 career games.

"I never thought I'd have my own shoe & I definitely never thought I'd get a birthday cake version of my own shoe," Watt tweeted. "Crazy!!! Thank you @Reebok."

Watt walked 12 miles daily while rehabbing from his back surgery this season. He might have been wearing his new signature shoes while completing that task.
