Feb. 7 (UPI) -- Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay might have confidence in coach Chuck Pagano, but outsiders are giving him no chance to keep his job.

According to MyTopSportsbooks.com, Pagano has 10-9 odds at being the first NFL head coach to be fired this season. Pagano's Colts have gone 8-8 in consecutive seasons and are 3-3 in the playoffs during his five-year tenure.

Pagano joined the Colts at the same time as former general manager Ryan Grigson. Irsay fired Grigson last month and replaced him with former Kansas City Chiefs director of football operations Chris Ballard. A report surfaced last month, before his hiring, that alleged Ballard wanted to fire Pagano.

Super Bowl 51 MVP Tom Brady is tied with Aaron Rodgers for the best odds to win next season's NFL MVP Award. The duo have 5-1 odds at claiming the title of the league's best player. Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has 7-1 odds at winning the award. The rookie led the NFL this season with 1,631 rushing yards on 322 carries. Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan, the 2016 NFL MVP, has an 8-1 shot at winning the award.

Following Pagano on the list of coaches expected to be canned first are Chicago Bears coach John Fox [7-2], New York Jets' Todd Bowles [5-1], Cincinnati Bengals' Marvin Lewis [9-1], and Houston Texans' Bill O'Brien [15-1]. O'Brien's Texans won the AFC South, ahead of Pagano's Colts.

The Super Bowl 51 champion New England Patriots have the best odds at winning another Super Bowl, at 7-1. The Falcons, Cowboys, and Green Bay Packers have a 10-1 shot at claiming rings in 2018, according to the sports book. The Kansas City Chiefs and Oakland Raiders have 12-1 odds at hoisting the Lombardi Trophy. The NFC West Champion Seattle Seahawks and the New York Giants are listed at 16-1 odds for a championship.

On the other end of things, the Cleveland Browns have a 250-1 shot at winning a Super Bowl next season. The Browns went 1-15 this season and haven't won more than seven games since 2007. Cleveland's last postseason win came in 1989. The Chicago Bears and Los Angeles Rams have a 100-1 shot at winning the Super Bowl, while the Jets have 150-1 odds. The San Francisco 49ers are listed as a 200-1 bet to stand under the confetti shower.
