Jan. 30 (UPI) -- He might not be playing in this weekend's big game, but Marshawn Lynch is making Houston Super Bowl ready.
Houston, Scotland that is.
The former All-Pro running back rode his bike around Scotland in a recent advertisement for Skittles, one of his sponsors. In the video, Lynch rides a bike, with a Skittles bag on its handlebars, on the Scottish countryside. He hands out bags of the candy to strangers, while explaining about the Feb. 5 Super Bowl in Houston, Texas. He is shocked to hear the locals when he is told that they know all about the New England Patriots facing the Atlanta Falcons.
"The Super Bowl is going to be in Houston this year, Houston, Texas," Lynch said. "So I thought I would come out to Scotland, Houston to find out if you all knew about the Super Bowl going on in Houston, Texans."
"It sounds like you are really [expletive] excited about it."
The Seattle Seahawks legend gets into a sword fight with men wearing kilts and plays bagpipes in the short video.
Lynch, 30, retired after the 2015 season with 9,112 yards and 74 touchdowns on 2,144 career carries. He appeared in two Super Bowls, winning once during the 2013 season.
