Bradley, 50, began his NFL coaching career as a defensive quality control assistant in 2006 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, He was a Buccaneers linebackers coach until he became the defensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks in 2009.
Bradley joined the Jaguars in 2013. In his first season coaching there, the Jaguars were ranked No. 27 in yards allowed. When he left, the defense was ranked No. 6 in yards allowed. Last season, the Jaguars allowed the sixth-fewest rushing yards per attempt and fifth-fewest passing yards and passing scores.
