Arizona Cardinals place G Taylor Boggs, S Tony Jefferson on injured reserve

The Arizona Cardinals placed guard Taylor Boggs and safety Tony Jefferson on injured reserve, the team announced Tuesday.

Boggs has a shoulder injury, and Jefferson has a sprained knee.

Jefferson played in 15 games this season, including 14 starts, and set career highs with 92 tackles and 13 tackles for loss to go along with two sacks, two fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles.

Boggs played in four games and made two starts at right guard.

They join defensive back Tyrann Mathieu on injured reserve.
