NEW ORLEANS, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Sensational rookie wide receiver Michael Thomas is now set to take on the Arizona Cardinals, after getting in a full practice Friday.

The New Orleans Saints' stud should be a low-end WR2 against the Cardinals, who boast a secondary including three-time All-Pro cornerback Patrick Peterson. Thomas missed the Saints' Week 14 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers due to his foot injury. He was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday. Thomas practiced just once last week.

Thomas has 831 yards and seven touchdowns on 69 receptions in 12 games. The Saints and Cardinals kickoff at 4:05 p.m. Sunday at University of Phoenix Stadium.
