MIAMI, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Will your stud gunslinger gobble up enough fantasy points to singlehandedly lift you to playoffs glory?

If you made it to this point in this season, you likely already have your top guy picked out. But if you don't own an obvious stud, it can be tricky to pick a guy who won't sink your squad.

To help you figure out who to sit or start at the position, take a look at my top 20 quarterbacks for Week 14. You can also view my add/drops for the week and more positional rankings in the links below.

TOP SHELF

Drew Brees is my top quarterback due to obvious talent and a stellar NFC South matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Saints gunslinger should be able to gash a secondary tied for allowing the fourth-most touchdowns to opposing passers. The Buccaneers have also allowed the 10th-most fantasy points to the position. Brees failed to throw a touchdown pass in Week 13, but still had value due to his 326 passing yards. That matchup against the Detroit Lions broke a streak of nine consecutive games he had accounted for multiple scores in a single contest.

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is a top-3 option at the position with a matchup against the Green Bay Packers. The Packers are allowing the eighth-most fantasy points and third-most touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks. Wilson has thrown just two passing scores in the last three weeks, but you have to trust him in this juicy matchup.

SNEAKY PLAYS

Jameis Winston has a Week 14 date with the New Orleans Saints, making him a top 10 option. The Saints are tied for allowing the eighth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers stud has averaged two touchdown tosses per game since his Week 6 bye.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton makes the fringe QB1 cut because of a road matchup against the Cleveland Browns. The Browns have allowed the most passing touchdowns and second most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. Dalton threw for 332 yards and two touchdowns in Week 13 and hasn't thrown an interception since Week 11.

LONGSHOTS

New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning is a QB1 only in deeper leagues. The Dallas Cowboys are tied with the Saints in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks. Manning has thrown nearly three touchdowns per game since his Week 8 bye.

Carson Palmer's attractive road test against the Miami Dolphins only makes him worth starting if you are desperate at the position. The Dolphins are tied for allowing the fifth-most passing touchdowns on the season. Palmer is coming off of a contest where he slashed the Washington Redskins for 300 yards and three scores, while avoiding an interception.
