New Orleans Saints' Mark Ingram, Oakland Raiders' Khalil Mack top players of week

New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram and Kansas City Chiefs rookie wide receiver Tyreek Hill were named Offensive Player of the Week in their respective conferences, the NFL announced Wednesday.

Ingram took the NFC award after he scored two touchdowns -- one on a 10-yard run, the other on a 21-yard reception -- and rushed for 146 yards on just 14 carries in Sunday's 49-21 victory over the Los Angeles Rams.

Hill earned the AFC honor for his performance in the Chiefs' 30-27 overtime win against the Denver Broncos on "Sunday Night Football." He made a rushing touchdown, a receiving touchdown and a return touchdown to become first rookie to record three TDs in three different ways since Gale Sayers in 1965.

New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week after he recorded three sacks in the 27-13 victory over the Cleveland Browns. On one of the sacks, he forced a fumble and took it back 43 yards for a touchdown.

Oakland Raiders defensive end Khalil Mack took the AFC award in Week 12 for his performance in the 35-32 victory over the Carolina Panthers. Mack had an interception return for a touchdown and forced a fumble that he recovered after a sack to seal the victory.

Detroit kicker Matt Prater was named NFC Special Teams Player of the Week for his clutch performance on Thanksgiving Day in the 16-13 win against the Minnesota Vikings. He tied the game on a 48-yard field goal with 1:45 left to play in the game and then nailed a game-winning 40-yarder as time expired.

Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker earned the AFC honor after connecting on four field goals -- including three from beyond 50 yards -- in the 19-14 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
