LANDOVER, Md., Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Washington Redskins stud tight end Jordan Reed played through an AC shoulder sprain on Thanksgiving.

Now he "could miss time" because of the Grade 3 separation, according to the Washington Post.

Reed had an MRI Friday. His 59 receptions lead the team. He also has 630 yards and five scores for the Redskins. Reed had a game-high 10 catches for 95 yards and two scores Thursday against the Dallas Cowboys. The Redskins play next Sunday on the road against the Arizona Cardinals.

ESPN's John Keim reported that Reed "still might play" against the Cardinals.

If you own the perennial TE1, look for alternate options now on the waiver wire. With Tennessee Titans' Delanie Walker and Cleveland Browns' Gary Barnidge serving Week 13 byes, you might have some competition to grab a replacement.
