NASHVILLE, Oct. 28 (UPI) -- Running back DeMarco Murray has been revived as a member of the Tennessee Titans.

This season, the 28-year-old has rushed for 756 yards and six touchdowns on 160 carries. He also has 197 yards and two scores on 28 receptions. He added to that total with 123 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries in the Titans' 36-22 win Thursday against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

But he also banged up his toe in the first half of the lopsided contest.

While it doesn't appear that Murray will miss any time, this could be enough for rookie Derrick Henry to earn some more carries. Henry looked great Thursday, rushing for 60 yards and a score on 16 carries. He also had four catches for 37 yards.

Before Thursday, Henry had received 10 carries or more only once this season. Titans coach Mike Mularkey said Friday that Murray will get an MRI on his foot, with a focus on his toe.

Mularkey told reporters that he doesn't think the injury is "serious."

The Titans [4-4] face the San Diego Chargers at 4:25 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 6 at Qualcomm Stadium.
