Collins, the No. 67 overall pick out of Nebraska, received a $881,152 signing bonus on his four-year rookie deal, per the Star-Telegram.

He broke his right foot during the Cowboys' organized team activities in late May and was expected to miss 10 to 12 weeks.

Collins is now expected back in time for the start of training camp, Coach Jason Garrett said.

In 32 career games with the Cornhuskers, Collins recorded 86 tackles (37 solo, 49 assisted) -- 21 1/2 for a loss -- and eight sacks.

Collins was first-team all-state at Kansas City Central High School with 43 tackles for loss and 15 sacks as a senior. He also was a championship wrestler, winning a state title with a 48-0 record in his final year.
