SEATTLE, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- A victory might have numbed the pain, but Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor is still physically irritated by a Jan. 10 playoff game at Minnesota.

Chancellor, 27, posted a picture on Instagram this weekend, showing skin peeling off of his fingers.

Chancellor wrote the caption: "cold football facts... #iguannaskin #eww #Wildcardgame #Commitment #hardworkinghands."

The Seahawks narrowly edged the Vikings 10-9, after kicker Blair Walsh missed a game-winning field goal. The game was played at a frigid minus-25 degree temperature. Seattle trailed Minnesota 9-0 going into the fourth quarter.

"This is what it looks like playing in negative 21 degree weather," Chancellor said in the video. "Wind-chill, frostbite, skin peeling, iguana skin. Eww."

Chancellor had two tackles and a forced fumble in the victory.
