DENVER, Jan. 15 (UPI) -- While the Denver Broncos prepare for its divisional round playoff game against Pittsburgh, Von Miller felt an unwelcome force after seeing Star Wars.
Miller missed practice Wednesday, due to stomach issues he suffered after eating mozzarella sticks that he bought at the movie theater. Miller seemed to enjoy 'Star Wars: The force Awakens' Tuesday night, but not the toll the greasy treats took on his hefty frame.
Miller practiced Thursday and joked about the incident, saying: "The Force struck back," Miller told reporters. "You can't put regular gas in a Ferrari. I learned my lesson."
Miller's teammates, including linebacker DeMarcus Ware, had fun at his expense.
Von Miller's illness was from mozzarella sticks he ate at a movie theater on Tues. "The Force struck back," he said.
