FOXBOROUGH, Mass., Oct. 30 (UPI) -- More evidence has surfaced supporting the hypothesis that the New England Patriots are on a revenge tour in the NFL.

During a halftime ceremony Thursday, Patriots owner Robert Kraft poked fun at the Indianapolis Colts. The ceremony was to honor former Patriots great Willie McGinest.

Colts general manager Ryan Grigson alerted the league about the Patriots prior to Deflategate.

"I have one more thing to add: There's nothing more satisfying than saddling the Indianapolis Colts with a loss," Kraft said Thursday on the Patriots' PA system. "And Willie McGinest was able to do that 16 times as a member of the New England Patriots."

Grigson gave the tip to NFL executives about the Patriots involvement in ball deflation during the AFC Championship Game.

The Patriots punched the Colts 34-27 on week six. The Patriots defeated the Dolphins 36-7 Thursday in Foxborough.

McGinest, 43, was Kraft's first draft pick, following his 1994 purchase of the team. McGinest is the 24th member of the Patriots Hall of Fame. The 15-year veteran totaled 86 sacks and 583 tackles in his career for the Patriots and Cleveland Browns.
