May 16 (UPI) -- Rapper Drake cashed in for more than $2.6 million on a three-leg sports bet parlay that involved the Stanley Cup and NBA playoffs, he announced Monday on Instagram

"Wow, Game 7 lay lay by yours truly," Drake wrote on a screenshot of the bets posted to his Instagram story.

He placed the wagers on Stake.com, a crypto casino and sports betting platform with which he also has a partnership.

Drake bet $308,832.62 on two separate Stanley Cup playoffs Game 7 matchups and Game 7 of the NBA series between the Phoenix Suns and Dallas Mavericks.

He correctly picked the New York Rangers beating the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Calgary Flames beating the Dallas Stars. He also picked the Mavericks to upset the top-seeded Suns.

Star winger Artemi Panarin led the Rangers to a 4-3 overtime win over the Penguins on Sunday to advance to the second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs. Forward Johnny Gaudreau also scored a game-winner in overtime Sunday to lead the Flames to the second round.

The Mavericks-Suns game was much less of a nail-biter. All-NBA guard Luka Doncic scored a game-high 35 points to lead the Mavericks to a 33-point victory over the Suns in that series finale Sunday in Phoenix.

Drake, a frequent sports bettor, lost $550,000 two weeks ago when he bet that Justin Gaethje would beat Charles Oliveira in UFC 274. He lost $275,000 in March in another UFC fight between Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal.

He also wagered $1.26 million and cashed out for more than $2 million in February for several bets on Super Bowl LVI.
