The dunk came in the third quarter of the 114-104 setback on Thursday at Ball Arena in Denver.
The Warriors trailed 67-54 with 10:49 remaining in the frame when Wiseman caught a bounce pass from guard Stephen Curry at the top of the key. Wiseman then took one dribble before he elevated through the paint.
Bol put his long arms on Wiseman in an attempt to slow down the rookie, but Wiseman was too strong. The Warriors center disregarded the taller defender and used his left hand to reach over Bol and smash the ball through the rim.
The Warriors cut the Nuggets lead to five points in the third quarter, but could not complete the rally.
Wiseman had 18 points and five rebounds in the loss. Curry had a game-high 35 points, 11 rebounds and four assists for the Warriors. Nikola Jokic paced the Nuggets with 23 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists.
Wiseman has averaged 11.3 points and 6.3 rebounds per game through the first 12 appearances of his NBA career.
