Pistons' Andre Drummond dunks all over Giannis Antetokounmpo

By Alex Butler

Dec. 5 (UPI) -- Detroit Pistons big man Andre Drummond put Giannis Antetokounmpo on a figurative poster by throwing down a vicious slam dunk on the Milwaukee Bucks star.

Drummond's dunk came in the first quarter of the Pistons' 127-103 loss Wednesday at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. The Pistons star caught an entry pass from guard Tony Snell at the start of the sequence.

Drummond pulled in the pass on the edge of the paint before pivoting into the area. Antetokounmpo crouched down and prepared to take flight and defend Drummond's attempt. Drummond took one step into the paint before elevating over Antetokounmpo and using his right hand to smash the ball through the rim, disregarding the "Greek Freak" and getting the Pistons to within two points of tying the Bucks.

Antetokounmpo then made a 3-pointer on the other end of the court to push the Bucks' lead to 14-9.

The "Greek Freak" had a game-high 35 points, nine rebounds and two blocks in the win. Drummond led the Pistons with 23 points and 14 rebounds. He also had five assists, three blocks and two steals in the loss.
