Nov. 8 (UPI) -- LeBron James took flight over all five players on the Minnesota Timberwolves for a towering dunk during the Los Angeles Lakers' most recent victory.

James' jostling throw-down came in the first quarter of the Lakers' 114-110 win on Wednesday at Staples Center in Los Angeles. The Lakers trailed the Timberwolves 21-15 with about five minutes remaining in the opening frame when guard Lonzo Ball sent a short pass to James from the right wing.

James ran around a screen from Ball before jetting into the paint. He took two dribbles before picking up the ball in his right hand. James faced two defenders in his immediate vicinity, but it didn't matter. He jumped over the defending duo and threw the ball through the rim with authority, cutting the Timberwolves' lead to four points.

"King James" netted a team-high 24 points and had 10 rebounds, nine assists and two blocks in the win. Derrick Rose led the Timberwolves with 31 points, while chipping in five assists and three rebounds in the loss.
