Domantas Sabonis dunks all over Joel Embiid

Nov. 8 (UPI) -- Domantas Sabonis dunked all over Joel Embiid during the Indiana Pacers' loss to the Philadelphia 76ers.

The play came in the third quarter of the Sixers' 100-94 victory on Wednesday at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. Pacers guard Victor Oladipo slid the ball over to Sabonis at the start of the sequence, finding the 6-foot-11 forward at the top of the key.

Sabonis lumbered into the paint, where Embiid waited to defend. Sabonis showed no fear in elevated over Embiid, while bringing the ball back in his left hand. He chopped his arm down on top of the All-Star center while throwing the ball through the rim for an emphatic dunk on "The Process."

Embiid had 20 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks in the victory. Sabonis tallied 16 points, 11 rebounds and three assists for the Pacers.

"Overall it was a good team win," Embiid told reporters. "We just got to keep building."

The Sixers host the Charlotte Hornets at 7 p.m. on Friday in Philadelphia. The Pacers face the Miami Heat at 8 p.m. on Friday in Miami.
