Oct. 30 (UPI) -- Klay Thompson set the record for 3-pointers in an NBA game, upstaging the mark set by Golden State Warriors teammate Stephen Curry.
Curry poured in 13 shots from downtown in 2013. Thompson swished in 14 3-pointers during the Warriors' 140-124 victory against the Chicago Bulls on Monday at the United Center in Chicago. Thompson finished the game with 52 points and five rebounds. Curry chipped in 21 points, eight rebounds, five assists and three steals in the victory.
