March 6 (UPI) -- Davis Bertans and Kyle Anderson teamed up for a no-look alley-oop play in the San Antonio Spurs' 100-98 win against the Memphis Grizzlies.

The play occurred Monday at the AT&T Center in San Antonio.

The Spurs led 79-78 with nine minutes remaining in the game when Anderson knocked the ball loose from the Grizzlies' Wayne Selden as he attempted to dribble into the paint. Spurs guard Bryn Forbes caught the ball and tossed it down court to a sprinting Anderson.

But the pass was a bit off target. Luckily, Anderson caught up to the ball just as it was about to go out of bounds. He bounced it with his right hand to briefly maintain control. He then spun around and threw the ball blindly toward the rim, before falling out of bounds.

The 6-foot-10 Bertans also happened to be running the floor. He managed to catch Anderson's offering high above the rim and threw it down for a slam dunk.

Bertens splashed in 17 points and Anderson had 11 points for the Spurs. The Grizzlies' Marc Gasol and Spurs' Tony Parker led all scorers with 23 points apiece. Memphis has now lost 14 consecutive games.
