Feb. 14 (UPI) -- Sacramento Kings veteran Vince Carter threw down another mystifying slam dunk agains the Dallas Mavericks, making it hard to believe that he's 41-years-old.

Carter made the dunk on Tuesday night in the second quarter of the Kings' 114-109 victory at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.

Mavericks guard J.J. Barea attempted to pass the ball to Dirk Nowitzki, but Carter intercepted the errant offering.

He charged down the court, before reaching the half circle at the top of the paint. Carter then lifted his 6-foot-6, 220-pound frame through the air. He palmed the basketball like it was a marble and threw down a thunderous tomahawk jam with his right hand.

The high-riser stuck his tongue out during the attempt, reminiscent of Michael Jordan. The basket gave the Kings a 41-22 advantage.

Carter had eight points, seven assists and four rebounds in the win. Bogdan Bogdanovic scored 19 points to lead the Kings, while Barea also had 19 points to pace the Mavericks.

Air Canada is averaging a career-low 4.9 points per game in his 20th NBA season.
