Feb. 7 (UPI) -- Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo submitted an entry for Dunk of the Year in a win against the New York Knicks.

And he jumped over another player to pull it off. The Bucks beat the Knicks 103-89 Monday at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Milwaukee led 60-50 with 8:11 remaining in the third quarter when Bucks forward Khris Middleton intercepted a Knicks pass. He sprinted down the left flank and dribbled into the paint, before tossing up a pass toward the rim.

Knicks swingman Tim Hardaway Jr. was in the lane, but it didn't matter for the Greek Freak.

Antetokounmpo caught the feed and jumped over Hardaway, before throwing down a big one-handed slam.

Hardaway is listed at 6-foot-6, while the Greek Freak stands at 6-foot-11.

"Khris was going, I knew he was going to throw me the lob," Antetokounmpo told reporters after the game. "It was a bad pass by Khris, but I was able to get up and go get the ball. I did not see Tim Hardaway under me. I just went up there and just went hard and tried to get the ball and dunk the ball."
