Jan. 29 (UPI) -- Oklahoma City Thunder star Russell Westbrook was the victim of a huge Joel Embiid dunk, but he had the last laugh in a win against the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Thunder beat the Sixers 122-112 Sunday at Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City. Embiid took flight with 7:36 remaining in the first quarter.
Oklahoma City held a 13-10 lead on the visiting Sixers when Embiid took a pass from Ben Simmons. The seven-footer ducked inside after a shot fake on Steven Adams. He drove the lane and Westbrook stepped inside to take a charge.
But Embiid just pretended he wasn't there and threw down a massive right-handed slam.

Westbrook crashed to the floor after being posterized. Embiid stared at the 2017 NBA MVP while he ran back to get on defense.
Westbrook finished the contest with a game-high 37 points. He also had 14 assists and nine rebounds. Embiid scored a team-high 27 points and had 10 rebounds and two assists.

At the end of the game, Westbrook gave Embiid a great rebuttal. The Thunder guard dribbled out the clock while staring at Embiid and the Sixers' bench.
Embiid might have walked out of the arena with a loss, but he took another shot on Instagram after the game.
"Tough loss," Embiid wrote on a photo of himself dunking on Westbrook. He tagged the location for the photo as "Crime Scene Investigation."
