Portland Trail Blazers star guard Damian Lillard will miss at least two games due to a hamstring injury.

Lillard was already ruled out of Friday night's game against the Denver Nuggets but will also sit out Saturday against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Lillard injured the right hamstring during Wednesday's loss to San Antonio after he took a knee to the area from Spurs center Pau Gasol.

After Saturday, the Trail Blazers don't play again until next Thursday against the Philadelphia 76ers. Lillard is hoping to be back for that contest.

Lillard is averaging 25.2 points and 6.4 assists for Portland, which dropped five consecutive games entering Friday's game against the Nuggets.
