Dec. 8 (UPI) -- NBA superstar LeBron James recently bought a second mansion in California.

For $23 million.

The home is in the posh Brentwood section of the city, the same area where he purchased another home two years ago for $21 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. James' new 15,846-square-foot crib features views of the city and the ocean and includes an elevator, home theater, custom kitchen, wine cellar, cigar room and onyx-lined wet bar, according to the Times.

It has eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. The mansion also includes a spa, steam room, sauna and massage room.

Trulia, which has a photo gallery, says the home was constructed in 2017.

The four-time NBA MVP bought his other house in Brentwood in 2015, after selling his Miami home for $13.4 million. The purchase fueled rumors of a future James move to the Los Angeles Lakers.

"This is not a basketball decision," a source told ESPN at the time. "He enjoys L.A. as a vacation spot and as a place to relax in the off-season."

That home features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

James, 32, is making $33 million this season with the Cleveland Cavaliers. The 15-year veteran made $86 million in 2017, according to Forbes. Celebrity Net Worth reports James' net worth at $400 million.

James has a player option of $35.6 million in 2018.
