June 26 (UPI) -- Los Angeles Lakers lottery pick Lonzo Ball and his dad LaVar will appear on Monday Night Raw, according to the WWE.
The wrestling league announced the news in a video from 'The Miz.'
In the video, 'The Miz' shows up to the Staples Center in a slick sports car. During a fake interview, 'The Miz' reveals the news.
"Tonight, Miz TV has the exclusive. We have the breaking news. We have the headline," The Miz said. "My guests tonight have been the talk of the basketball world for a very long time. Tonight, for the first time ever, my guest gets to be in the middle of the Staples Center in a sold out home of Los Angeles, California. Ladies and gentlemen, Lonzo Ball and LaVar Ball will be my guests on Miz TV."
"And LaVar Ball he'll have a live mic. It's going to be awesome."
WWE's Titus O'Neil took a photograph backstage with LaVar Ball before the announcement.

The Lakers took Lonzo with the No. 2 overall pick in Thursday's 2017 NBA Draft.
