Golden State Warriors fan Guy Fieri trash-talks Cleveland chef

June 5 (UPI) -- "Chef" Stephen Curry might be cooking in the NBA Finals, but actual chef Guy Fieri is the best at dishing trash talk.

The celebrity chef has a bit of a battle brewing with Cleveland chef Michael Symon. After the Golden State Warriors went up 2-0 in the championship series on Sunday, Fieri sent some smack to his Northeast Ohio foe.

"Hey @chefsymon, picked something up for ya. Hope it fits! #DubNation #NBAFinals," Fieri tweeted.

He was holding up a customized Symon Warriors jersey in a photo for the tweet.

Symon is the host of ABC's The Chew. He also owns several restaurants.

Before the game, Fieri posted a photo with his family, all dressed in Warriors gear.

"Whole family here for Game 2!! @warriors #DubNation #NBAFinals," Fieri tweeted.

Symon responded with two tweets, answering Fieri's fire.

"Gotta keep fighting!...cmon cavs #DefendTheLand #nbafinals," Symon wrote.

"That jersey even looks big for you!!...lol," Symon wrote.

The trash-talk battle reached betting status on Thursday.

"Alright @chefsymon! My brutha...here we go again. Hope ya know it's all #DubNation this time around! #NBAFinals," Fieri tweeted.

"Cmon buddy...we may even spot you a 3-1 lead!!...oops," Symon responded.

"Ya wanna make it interesting @chefsymon!? loser wears the winners jersey...So what size are ya," Fieri asked.

Symon then offered a creative response, posting photos of the Cavaliers' championship rings from last season.

"Oh yeah buddy don't look straight at it....it may blind you," he tweeted.

Vegas has the Warriors at -3 to -3.5 in Game 3, which is set for 9 p.m. Wednesday in Cleveland.
