Somebody mailed Dirk Nowitzki a customized potato

March 15 (UPI) -- It took Dirk Nowitzki 19 seasons, but now he has surely seen it all.

Nowitzki's latest marvel: a fan submitted potato with his face on it.

Yes, one special fan took the time to mail the Dallas Mavericks legend a potato. The spud features a photo of Nowitzki in a celebratory pose after hitting a shot.

"Whoever sent me this POTATO!!!! Much appreciated...," Nowitzki tweeted Wednesday.

Nowitzki, 38, recently told the Dallas Morning News that he is open to playing another two years.

He has spent his entire career with the Mavericks, winning an NBA title in 2010. Nowitzki scored 23 points and had 11 rebounds in Saturday's loss to the Phoenix Suns.
