Chicago Bulls recall G Denzel Valentine

The Chicago Bulls recalled rookie guard Denzel Valentine from the Windy City Bulls of the NBA Development League on Sunday.

In Windy City's 113-100 win over Erie on Saturday night, Valentine led the team with 24 points, seven rebounds and eight assists. He was 8 of 14 from 3-point range.

The 6-foot-6, 212-pound Valentine, the Bulls' first-round pick out of Michigan State in the 2016 draft, hasn't played for Chicago since Jan. 20.

Valentine, 23, is averaging 3.3 points and 1.6 rebounds in 11.9 minutes per contest in 27 games this season.
