Diamondbacks' Dyson robs homer from Brewers' Santana

May 22 (UPI) -- Arizona Diamondbacks center fielder Jarrod Dyson stole a three-run homer from Milwaukee Brewers right fielder Domingo Santana Tuesday in Milwaukee.

Dyson completed the snare in the bottom of the fourth inning at Miller Park. Santana was in the box facing Diamondbacks pitcher Matt Koch. The right-handed starter got two outs to begin the frame, before allowing a single to Lorenzo Cain and walking Travis Shaw.

Domingo hit the first offering of his exchange with Koch -- an 80-mph curveball -- deep to center field.

Dyson got turned around as he stared up at the fly ball. He eventually reached the warning track, before resting his back against the outfield fence. He timed his jump perfectly, throwing his gloved left hand into the air and stabbing the baseball for the out.

Koch turned around and tipped his cap for the defensive effort, which kept the game scoreless. Santana ended up plating a run in the bottom of the sixth inning, bringing in Ji-Man Choi on a sacrifice fly to left fielder David Peralta. The Brewers had a 1-0 lead through seven innings.

Dyson was 0-for-1, with two walks up to that point in the contest.

Milwaukee won the first game of the three-game series 4-2 on Monday. The Brewers and Diamondbacks wrap up the series at 1:10 p.m. Wednesday in Milwaukee.
