Q: What got you started in golf and how did that person influence you?

A: My aunt got me my first set of clubs -- she actually cut down her clubs so they would fit a little 5-year-old. I actually hit my first golf shots with her in Australia.

Q: What's your favorite memory of golf before turning professional?

A: Before turning pro, it was being on the Team New Zealand squad and playing on that team format and with that team atmosphere where you've got other teammates to rely on. I've been able to catch up with a lot of those girls since turning pro and it's always fun to reflect on those times.

Q: What's your favorite thing to do off the golf course?

A: Watching movies -- I could spend the whole day watching movies but my mom would get upset with that. I have so many favorite movies -- I really love the whole Transformer series and the Fast and Furious series.

Q: What's the best shot you've ever hit?

A: Probably my hole-in-one at the Olympics. (It was from 140 yards on the par-3 eighth hole in the third round in Rio. It was her first ace.)

Q: If there is one thing you could improve in your golf game, what would it be?

A: Probably my short game. Sometimes you are just not going to hit it as well as you do other days, but if the short game is there, you are able to recover. If you get good opportunities, then you can take advantage of them.
