Alabama has found its new defensive line coach, according to a published report.

Craig Kuligowski will join the Crimson Tide's staff after spending the past two seasons at the University of Miami, Sports Illustrated reported.

A longtime assistant at Missouri before joining the staff of the Hurricanes, Kuligowski will take the place of Karl Dunbar, who left the school earlier this month to take a similar job with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Kuligowski has a distant tie to Alabama coach Nick Saban, earning all-conference honors at Toledo during Saban's one season at the school in 1990.

The 49-year-old Kuligowski helped to cultivate some elite talent during his tenure at Missouri, with five defensive linemen selected in the first round of the NFL Draft.
