COL FB: Florida 37, Florida State 26

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Florida's Mike Gillislee ran for 140 yards and two scores Saturday and the No. 6 Gators helped their bowl cause Saturday with a 37-26 win over Florida State.

Gillislee's 37-yard touchdown run following a Seminoles turnover -- their fifth of the game -- put Florida (11-1) ahead 23-20 with 11:01 to go as the Gators reeled off 24 straight fourth-quarter points to rally for the victory.

Jeff Driskel returned from an ankle injury to compile 147 yards and a touchdown on 15-of-23 passing for Florida, which strengthened its shot for at-large Bowl Championship Series berth while besting the Seminoles for the first time in three years.

E.J. Manuel posting two rushing TDs and a passing score for Florida State (10-2), but completed just 18-of-33 attempts for 182 yards with three pickoffs and a lost fumble.

The Seminoles saw their five-game winning streak snapped in the run-up to next week's ACC championship game against Georgia Tech.
