COL FB: Oklahoma State 52, Kansas State 45

STILLWATER, Okla., Nov. 6 (UPI) -- Joseph Randle's third touchdown came late in the fourth quarter Saturday and lifted fourth-ranked Oklahoma State to a 52-45 win over No. 19 Kansas State.

Randle's score on a 23-yard run with 2:26 remaining broke a 45-45 tie and boosted the Cowboys (9-0, 6-0 Big 12) to their best start since 1945 -- the school's lone undefeated season.

The running back carried the ball 16 times for 73 yards -- finding the end zone twice on the ground -- and caught five passes for 31 yards and another score.

Brandon Weeden set a school record with 502 passing yards on 36-of-46 efficiency. He hurled four TD passes.

Thirteen of his completions went to Justin Blackmon, who amassed 205 yards and two touchdowns while surpassing 1,000 receiving yards for a second straight year.

Collin Klein racked up 231 yards on 22-of-38 passing, with a touchdown and an interception for the Wildcats (7-2, 4-2).
