MIAMI, Sept. 17 (UPI) -- Jacory Harris and Allen Hurns hooked up for two first-quarter TDs Saturday and Miami-Florida humbled 16th-ranked Ohio State 24-6.

Harris, returning to the lineup after missing one game while serving an NCAA suspension, found Hurns on two scoring strikes of 3 yards each in the game's opening 15 minutes.

Harris completed 16-of-23 throws overall for 123 yards while Lamar Miller compiled 184 yards on 26 carries for the Hurricanes (1-1), who handed new Coach Al Golden his first victory at Miami.

Ohio State counterpart Luke Fickell, meanwhile, endured his first setback as mentor for the Buckeyes (2-1), who could manage just 35 yards through the air.
