GREENVILLE, N.C., Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Josh Oglesby's 10-yard TD run in the fourth quarter Saturday provided the margin of victory in No. 11 Virginia Tech's 17-10 defeat of East Carolina.
Oglesby (43 yards, two scores) cross the goal line at the end of a 13-play, 89-yard drive for the Hokies (2-0), who handed Coach Frank Beamer his 200th victory.

Logan Thomas managed only 8-of-20 passing for 91 yards and an interception, but David Wilson compensated by dominating on the ground, grinding out 138 rushing yards in the win.
The Hokies held East Carolina (0-2) to minus-15 yards rushing.
Dominique Davis completed 20-of-38 passes for 127 yards for the Pirates.
