March 27 (UPI) -- What is more impressive: sinking Kentucky in the Elite 8, or showing up for an 8 a.m. class less than 12 hours later 724 miles from the arena?
North Carolina's Luke Maye doesn't have to answer that question, because he accomplished both. The Tar Heels forward came off of the bench Sunday and scored 17 points in his team's 75-73 win against Kentucky in the 2017 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.
His jumper with 0.3 seconds remaining at the FedEx Forum clinched North Carolina's spot in the Final Four.
On Monday, the sophomore still managed to show up for his 8 a.m. Business 101 class in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Maye and the Tar Heels battle Oregon Saturday in Glendale, Arizona.
