AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 27 (UPI) -- Javan Felix scored 21 points and Cameron Ridley notched a double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds Wednesday in 23rd-ranked Texas' 74-69 win over Baylor.
Felix sank 7-of-9 shots from 3-point range and Jonathan Holmes added 14 points for the Longhorns (21-7, 10-5 Big 12), who got on track again after losing back-to-back games.

Kenny Cherry led Baylor (18-10, 6-9) with 27 points. Cory Johnson racked up 14 points and 12 rebounds.
Texas led 42-27 at halftime, but the Bears battled back in the second period and cut the Longhorns' lead to 70-69 with 1:46 to play in the game. Isaiah Taylor dropped in a layup with 47 seconds to play and Ridley blocked Cherry's shot with 13 seconds to play to seal the victory.
