CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Feb. 22 (UPI) -- Malcolm Brogdon scored 13 points, including eight during a 25-0 second-half surge that boosted No. 13 Virginia to a 70-49 rout of Notre Dame Saturday.
The score was tied 43-43 with just under 11 1/2 minutes left in the second half when Joe Harris' triple ignited the huge run for the Atlantic Coast Conference-leading Cavaliers (23-5, 14-1 ACC).

Brogdon added seven rebounds and six assists while Akil Mitchell and Anthony Gill each netted 15 points as Virginia reeled off an 11th straight victory.
The Fighting Irish (14-14, 5-10) were paced by Pat Connaughton with 11 points.
