COL BKB: West Virginia 102, Iowa State 77

MORGANTOWN, W.Va., Feb. 10 (UPI) -- West Virginia's Remi Dibo nailed 6-of-8 tries from long range en route to 20 points Monday and the Mountaineers handed a 102-77 drubbing to No. 14 Iowa State.

Juwan Staten provided 19 points, nine assists and seven rebounds for the Mountaineers (15-10, 7-5 Big 12), who shot 53.8 percent from the field and made a case for an NCAA Tournament berth with the one-sided win.

Terry Henderson and Eron Harris each scored 16 points for WVU.

The Cyclones (18-5, 6-5) fell as leading scorer Melvin Ejim was limited to six points on 1-of-9 shooting with 12 rebounds.

Georges Niang provided 17 points and Dustin Hogue added 15 with 10 rebounds.
