VILLANOVA, Pa., Feb. 7 (UPI) -- James Bell put in 20 points and JayVaughn Pinkston added 19 more Friday, propelling No. 6 Villanova over Seton Hall 70-53.

Daniel Echefu had a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds as the Wildcats (21-2, 9-1 Big East) reeled off a fifth straight win.

The Pirates (13-10, 4-6) were paced by Sterling Gibbs with 16 points.

Eugene Teague helped out 10 and six rebounds.
