LOS ANGELES, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Jordan Adams scored 22 points and Kyle Anderson notched 21 plus nine assists Tuesday to carry No. 17 UCLA past UC Santa Barbara 89-76.

Adams was 5-for12 from the field and converted 11-of-14 free throws to keep the Bruins (8-0) unbeaten this season.

Alan Williams led UC Santa Barbara (3-3) with 23 points. Kyle Boswell converted 5-of-9 shots from 3-point range en route to an 18-point performance.

The game was tied 47-47 at halftime and the Gauchos took a narrow lead early in the second half. A turnover that resulted in a dunk by Tony Parker with 7:15 to play put the Bruins ahead 70-65 and on the road to the victory.
