COL BKB: Louisville 99, Cornell 54

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 15 (UPI) -- Wayne Blackshear paced Louisville to an overwhelming shooting performance Friday that brought the No. 3 Cardinals a 99-54 win over Cornell.

The defending national champions easily remained unbeaten with their third win, shooting 59 percent from the field in the process.

Blackshear missed just once in seven shots and scored 20 points. Chane Behanan added 13 points for Louisville.

The Cardinals also made 8-of-21 from 3-point range and forced 19 turnovers.

Cornell is winless in three games this season and was steamrolled in the first half, falling behind 53-14. Nolan Cressler was the only player for the Big Red to reach double figures with 10 points.
