COL BKB: Michigan 62, Nebraska 47

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Jan. 9 (UPI) -- Trey Burke helped No. 2 and unbeaten Michigan inch ahead in the second half Wednesday, sending the Wolverines to a 62-47 victory over Nebraska.

Four of the five Michigan starters combined to score 60 of Michigan's 62 points. The Wolverines made up for a cool shooting performance by turning the ball over just four times.

Michigan advanced to 16-0 and is 3-0 in Big Ten action. Nebraska slipped to 9-7 and 0-3.

Burke scored 18 points and Tim Hardaway, Jr., delivered 15 points along with 11 rebounds. Glenn Robinson added 14 points and Nik Stauskas had 13. Mitch McGary came off the bench to produce the other two Michigan points.

Ray Gallegos led Nebraska with 19 points. The Cornhuskers shot just 33 percent and made only 19 field goals.
