BLOOMINGTON, Ind., Nov. 15 (UPI) -- Christian Watford paced five players in double figures Thursday and No. 1 Indiana shot 56 percent from the field in crushing Sam Houston State 99-45.
Sam Houston was called for 31 fouls, resulting in the Hoosiers going to the free throw line 44 times. Indiana made 30 of those shots and outrebounded the Bearkats 41-20.

Wil Sheehey added 18 points for Indiana (3-0), Victor Oladipo had 14, Cody Zeller contributed 13 and Jordan Hulls had 10.
Sam Houston scored just two points during the first 6:45 while falling behind by 14. Paul Baxter scored nine points to lead the Bearkats (1-2).
