Bob Costas gets one last 'red-eye' ribbing from Matt Lauer

Bob Costas can't wait until Monday.

SOCHI, Russia, Feb. 21 (UPI) -- Matt Lauer couldn't resist taking one last jab at pink-eye afflicted Bob Costas before the end of the Olympics.

The Olympics end on Sunday, and Costas told Lauer while covering the Games that he is leaving Monday, at which point Lauer gave him one last "red-eye" zing. Costas and his eyes have been at the subject of many jokes, but this will at least get a half-hearted laugh.
