(UPI) -- Chelsea prepare to host German outfit Schalke 04 Wednesday in a UEFA Champions League match.

Manager Jose Mourinho has said he will make many changes to a side that lost to Newcastle on the weekend. Following the match Mourinho said he made 11 mistakes, a clear reference to the 11 players he chose to start the match. Mourinho has said he will make many changes for Wednesday's match.
