New England Patriots' head coach Bill Belichick answered questions about Tim Tebow joining the Patriots during a news conference on Tuesday.

“Anything we do is what we think is in the best interest of the team,” Belichick told reporters. “Tim's a talented player who's smart and works hard. So ... we'll see how it goes.”

Asked what position the former Florida Gator will to play, the coach was reserved and repeated, "We're going to do what we think is best for our football team.”

Regarding whether Tebow would play special teams, Belichick said, "We'll see. I don't know."

"I think we’ve already talked enough about him. We’ll see how it goes and we’ll go from there,” he added.

Tebow singed a two-year deal with the Patriots on Tuesday after months of speculation about the future of his football career. Tebow's contract with the New England team is worth a minimun of $630,000 none of which is guaranteed.
